Market & Recruit

Undergraduate teaching, tutoring, mentoring, and curriculum design opportunities are all part of the larger family of experiential learning opportunities (ELO’s).

ELO’s involve hands-on, applied work, often in “real-world” contexts; they are challenging and rigorous learning experiences; students receive meaningful guidance, supervision, and feedback; the project work is performed over an extended time period and with a meaningful intensity; and critical reflection and evaluation help students process their learning and programs measure their impact.

ELx.mit.edu is the place where students go to find all the experiential learning opportunities at MIT. Make it easy for them to find your teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or curriculum design opportunity by posting on ELx under the Teaching + Learning track.

ELx is simply a job board for experiential learning at MIT. Your program is still in full control of reviewing applications and interviewing candidates. ELx just makes it easier for qualified candidates to find you.
